Attorneys seeking access via the Attorney Affiliate program may request an Attorney Affiliate access card by filling out the application at the circulation desk or by downloading and emailing the application below.
Affiliate cards are processed as received and generally available within five business days. Requesters will be notified via email when their card is ready for pick up.
